LKali actives have been at an all-time low of usefulness ever since Ra Dragon came out, and the heart cross meta has only further exasperated that difference. While a 1.69x/42.25x/1.69x leader might not look completely hopeless on paper, the heavy rainbow restriction means that she’s a lot more cumbersome to play with than a card like Krishna or Dark Kanna.

While a 30% buff in damage is definitely significant, it’s not close to being close to making her a respectable leader in this metagame.
